Read more...Everything has been going crazy in my world. My Grandma is having some major health issues, my two jobs are going crazy, picking up speed fast. And life is just going crazy. So I apologize for not chatting with you all lately. I havent forgotten about you. Hopefully things will settle down a little bit, and come back to normal. Lol. Hey, I can always hope. right?
Btw, I'm loving all the CT applications I'm getting! You ladies are just awesome. I'm receiving them and will go over them as soon as possible. If all goes well, I should have some decisions made by this weekend. Thank you ladies. I look foward to all of this.

I think everyone else in town is running around like a chicken with their heads off, trying to get ready for the crazy weekend. I dont look foward to the traffic at all. sigh.... Read more...So, you all know that I took on another job besides just digi designing right? Yep, you guessed it, a group fitness instructor. Matter of fact my first class I will be teaching is Cycling. Well, a coworker and I were writing up a class for me to teach in a couple of weeks, going over ideas and different rides and just having a good ole time. I took the class home and decided to start putting some music together for it, and realized hmmm.... I'm not real familiar with what popular music is these days. So I thought I would ask you! You folks are so smart, I know you would have the answers. I need upbeat fast music, something that challenges you and makes you really want to ride a bike, drive a car. Those kinds of things. I call it drive music. Whatever gets you wanting to really drive. So here is what I came up with so far... what do you think would be a great addition to this? Now keep in mind I'm a simple country girl. Lol. I like all kinds of music, but I mainly listen to country. I'm open to just about anything, as long as its clean (no bad words). Here's my list so far:

Ok. Yesterday I was playing around with some elements. Just playing. Trying to come up with some new fresh ideas. I've been working so hard on all of these projects I got going on that I was feeling a bit drained. When I get like that I really have to take some time, and play. so that is what I did. Read more...So I have to apologize for not keeping in touch lately. Every thing has exploded on this end of the world, all at once. None of its bad, just all very demanding of my time. I've been working hard trying to get things in order for our brand new store Scrap Digi Style. Also I just got put on the payroll at Bally's total fitness as an instructor, and then their is life. The usual stuff. The weather has been nice all week, so I got my garden put in as well. So needless to say, my blog has taken the raw end of the deal. Lol. So I apologize. As a thank you for putting up with my absence I made a little goodie for you. I hope you like it. They are called Plastic Circle Frames. I'm loving the dot thing right now, which you will be seeing a lot more. I hope you guys like them as well. There is just something about them that just catches my eye. I like them blended with a more retro feel. Normally warm colors. But my new little niece has inspired the colors in this set. I hope she can use them. Enjoy! And I will do my best to do a better of job of staying in touch.
Also, a little update on the happy home of my sister. All is well, and she is home now with her new bundle of joy. Everyone is healthy and happy. Thank you all for all of your wonderful comments. They are greatly appreciated, she was full of wonderful tears reading them all, so thank you so much for touching her heart.

So I started a layout with butterfly haven last night, but my daughter woke up in the middle of the night, and I wasnt able to finish it. But I finished it today. :o) Yippeee... I sure have been enjoying doing layouts again. It sure helps with designing too. Sometimes you forget what to design until you start scrapping again, then you remember what you need, & then you know what to design. lol. Here it is.
So do any of you love to garage sale? I love it, and in my neck of the woods they are picking back up! Yippeee, I went to one yesterday and one today. Today's garage sale, I scored big! I got a couple knitting looms and some Pampered Chef stuff! I love to cook, and I love yarn. So how much better could this be, then to run across a garage sale with both! Anyway, I scored some more stoneware from pampered chef, and some other items that I have been eyeing, but didnt know if I wanted to spend the money on, well at garage sale pricing, how could I pass it up? I was really excited.

Ok, now to the exciting news! I applied to design for "Just Charity Scraps" and was approved! Now if you've never heard of them, you should familiarize yourself with them. They have designers contribute to a kit every month that is sold and all the proceeds go to the charity that it was made for. Every month a kit is designed for a new charity! Now how cool is that? And these are all good charities. Big names that we are all familiar with. This month is Make a Child Smile, next month is the World Wildlife Federation. You have got to go check them out. And all you designers, you've got to jump in on this one! The thrill of knowing that the money from these go to a good cause is enough for me to want to sign up! So what are you waiting for?

Read more...I told you I would have more layouts & another freebie... But before I get to those I would love to tell you about this book I picked up over the weekend. Its called Cherish by Jeanette R Lynton. What a rockin book for the scrapbooker either traditional or Digital. This book has inspired me in so many ways, in both my layouts and my designing. I'm really enjoying it. If you get a chance, you should check it out.
Ok..now layouts..I just love this one...I love that I'm doing layouts again, and that its inspiring me to create more. Lol. I've been wanting to get these pics scrapped, and what a wonderful way to do it. Here is a layout of my husband and son going shooting. This was part of our spring break vacation also. We went up as a family and my daughter and I hung out at the truck while my son Sage got a shooting lesson from dada. They were both so proud. My husband has a passion for shooting but rarely gets out anymore. Family life just gets so busy. But I think after this lesson, we will be making time for more shooting. I sure had a hard time keeping my daughter at the truck. lol. She really wanted to go shooting, but she's a bit young for that right now. She's 2. I'm sure her time is coming, when dada will be taking her out shooting also. :o)

Isnt my family cute? We were up at our family cabin over spring break and I took these. It sure felt good to scrap again. Dont you just love the look on my hubby's face... Can you tell he doesnt like his picture taken? lol. He knew he married a papparazzi.. :o) So while I was scrapping this layout, I decided to make some more goodies to add to it.. Read more...Sorry its been so quiet. I've been ill the past few days. Didnt even go to the gym until today, now you know I'm feeling crummy. Lol. I even missed my pilates class... But I'm feeling much better... Have you ever tried this stuff called Vita Splash? Wow, this stuff is amazing.... I cant say enough about it... I bounced back quick with this stuff... it comes in a few varieties all listed below. I might try a few more of these others, since I thought so highly of hte Immune boost...... is all you do is add it to water and drink... kind of like crystal light...

Well, on to more beautiful things. Lol. I was a little creative tonight, and whipped out this cute little kit called the "Lady of the Nigh" yep, you got it Nigh not to be confused with night.... No typo this time, though I'm sure you will find plenty more with my awful typing. lol. So check out this baby.... I love it...
Ok... so how many people caught the Get Fuzzy in the comics this last Sunday? Now, I'm not much of a comics reader, but a friend of mine turned me on to Get Fuzzy recently, and he pointed out this particular cartoon to me....Those who really know me, will get this right off the bat... lol... I was busting up laughing reading this one... I'm often refered to as a Tree Hugger, so if that gives you a little insight...:o) Enjoy! Click on picture to get a better view, to read it...
