The digital designs that were included with this TOU, are the product of Kris Myers and are protected by copyright law. Copyright infringement will Not be
tolorated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By purchasing or downloading this product you are agreeing to all the terms in this
document.

You may not alter these graphics and claim them as your own. You may incorporate these images into your own original art work and publish, display
or distribute your work in any media, galleries, forums, blogs, providing that you include credit to the source of the elements as shown below...

The ONLY approved commercial use of these graphics is using them in layouts or cards when scrapping for others.

You may not:

You may use this product for commercial use on digital scrapbooking supplies only. You must alter this product, please do not rename and/or sell as is or in a set. You may not use this product in direct competition with Kris Myers. i.e make something similar as I did with them.

You may not use this product to produce any digital item that will be given away as a freebie and/or gift.

You are allowed to make tools such as brushes/Textures/Patterns/Shapes for yourself with these files, but you are not allowed to sell the tools/brushes/textures/patterns/shapes.

You are also permitted to use this product for scrap4hire.

You are not permitted to use for web design. This product was designed for digital scrapbooking purposes only. It is not intended for any other use. If you would like to use it for any other use, please obtain permission in writing.

Please do not use ONLY these files in a digital kit/set and have them for sale. You MUST have other elements/papers YOU designed in the same kit/set
