Its Friday! and stitches

Sooooooo who likes stitches? I bet there arent very many people who like them huh? Just kidding! Lol. I absolutely love stitches. I love everything about them. But there is one thing I am unsure of. And I need your help. Your opinion means the world to me. So what I want to know is do you like holes with your stitches? Sometimes I do and sometimes I dont. But thats just me. What do you like? Holes or no holes? Please leave a message in my comments and let me know. I would appreciate it.

In more store I have some stitches for sale. I went with a floral design in kind of medium colors. I tried to mix it up a bit, so I could accomodated everyones taste. Not sure if I got it or not. You tell me. :o) So here is the kit in the store!

Duck Days of Summer & Freeb

I got another cute kit in the store. I designed this kit with the idea of ducks, ponds, feeding ducks. Can you tell what I just took pics of? Lol. Yep, I took the kids to the park, and let them feed the ducks. We feed them a whole loaf of bread. I think everyone involved loved it. I hope to do some layouts soon. But we'll see how time allows. New kit and a freeb

Howdy all. In honor of some new kits I thought I would make a little cordinating freeb to go with this week. This is my first one that I would like to showcase! Its called "My lil Boy" Its a very cute kit with boy blue colors designed for the young to the old boys in your life. This kit could easily be mixed with pinks and other colors to make a girl layout as well. I try and keep my kits somewhat universial so you can mix and match them. Oh so bright!

So I'm still glowing after this past weekend of shopping. I just love this weekend. Between my favorite Garage sale weekend, and having Father's Day. Every year we have a Father's day BBQ for all of our friends who are fathers. I smoke a brisket and we just hang out and have a good time. So it really makes my weekend to get to celebrate them men. Especially mine. I'm so lucky to have the man that I love so much. I know, I'm getting mushy. Ok, so I will stop! lol.

I got a goodie for you! We'll actually I made it for my sister but I'm sharing it with you! :o) This is what I love about what I do. I can make beautiful stuff and give it away. I hope you enjoy this! Its called "Oh so Bright Baby" Enjoy!

Garage Sale Weekend

This weekend is one of the largest garage sale weekends in the area in these parts. Two large neighborhoods have garage sales on this weekend. One of them in Happy Valley, has over 150 homes involved every year. This year they had 126 registered, but there were alot more people than that having sales, because they werent on the map. So I know it was well over 150. On Friday I scored a beautiful Armoire that I have been wanting for a long time. It matches my dining room table, but I never wanted to spend the money on it, but at the price of $100 I couldnt pass it up. Check this baby out! Its BEAUTIFUL!

This guy is made of pine with a very rustic look. My whole house is decorated in the rustic look, I love it. Moose, cowboy. you name it. fishing. I just love this theme, because it is so much a part of our life. So this armoire fit right in. I feel so blessed to have received it. The people I bought it from were absolutely wonderful people. Which made the sale so much better. Thank you cathy for parting with this beautiful piece. :o)

So you saw my goodies from Fridays adventure. today was even better. Because I"m a fitness instructor as well as a designer, I scored a whole new fitness wardrobe at one sale. A lady who is a sales person for Ryka & avia was having a sale on what they call Samples. Designs that Ryka/Avia made as samples of new designs. And they are top of line samples. I got them all for $5 piece. What a steal. I couldnt believe it. I'm going to be one stylish instructor. Lol.. If you have ever had the pleasure of purchasing fitness clothes, you know that the selection of clothes are pretty limited. In color and style. very simple clothes. Well these are far from it. Check them out! All brand new with tags on it them and all. I am so excited.

I just love this time of year. I never miss this sale! It is so awesome! I usually get all of my kids clothes at this sale every year, and then I dont have to worry about clothes for them the rest of the year. I mean really, my kids are so young they grow out of them faster than they ware them out. So why not buy them used. Plus this is an upper class neighborhood, so you know the clothes coming out of it are really nice and well kept. They are all in really good shape. I can easily drop $300 to $400 at this sale every year, there is just so much available in good shape and at good prices. I save all year long for this sale. Please dont feel discouraged if you are one of people who did not get picked. Creative Team Call!

I would like to apologize for not announcing anything regarding my Creative Team Call! We seem to be having some technical difficulities on this end. And I was not receiving emails for a few days. I think the problem has been fixed but since I dont think it is fair for everyone that may or may not have sent me any emails, and emails I have sent out I'm not sure if they got to anyone. Rusty Floral Frames

Our Grand Opening was a hit! Thank you all for making an apperance, it was a lot of fun, and we all met some wonderful people. Our site is really growing with all of our new peeps.
