Kreative Team Call

Nope, I didnt spell it wrong...My sister and I are having a Kreative Team call, and both of our names start with a K, so we are going to use that in our new CT name, we are figuring it out as we go. Lol.



Here are the details:

KariQ Designs & Kris Myers Designs have come together to start a brand new Creative Team. We are currently looking for 8 to 12 new people to join our team. Not only are we looking for Layout designers, but we are also looking for 3 positions to be filled on our Team.

The Three positions that we are looking to have filled are Advertising Director – a person that oversees and organizes all advertising duties; Administrative assistant to KariQ & Kris Myers – duties include one person maintaining the CT blog, one person maintaining the yahoo group. Both assistants will be updating our personal blogs, as well as keeping us up to date on what is going on in the digiworld, and helping Kari & Kris with general maintenance. Any person who chooses to do any of these positions will have fewer requirements on the CT with layouts & other responsibilities. *we do ask that anyone applying for the director/administrative assistants not be on another CT and would prefer that some kind of experience be included with your application. Whether the experience is just being an organized person, or any other personal qualities that you think would help. You don’t need a bachelor’s degree to apply. Just simple reasons on why you think you are qualified for the job.

When applying for the CT Layout Designer position, please be aware of the following expectations that are required to stay on the team.

• 4 layouts per month, of which 50% of the layout should be of the kit you are highlighting.
• Only one layout per kit is required.
• You get the choice of working with whoever’s kits inspire you, KariQ’s or Kris’
• Challenges and activities will be organized for more fun, and layout inspirations to help you stay motivated, but are not required.
• Advertising of our products, organized by our new Advertising Director. Don’t worry, you’ll be sharing the work with your team members.
• Leaving love on your fellow team members layouts
