40% off For SDD and Earth Day

Its Scrappity Doo Dah's 1st Birthday and Earth's Day 40th Birthday, so what better reason to celebrate?!?! I am starting the celebration with a

40% sale through out my store.

But there's more, Come play along with me with a challenge. In honor of Earth day, I would like you all to scrap a page that tells atleast one of a few things.

• What are you doing to help our planet be a cleaner more environmentally stable place?
• What are your future plans in making our planet a cleaner more stable environment?
• What have you seen good or bad about the effects of our lives on our planet?
• Do you or did you do anything special on Earth Day to help bring awareness to how we can make our planet a cleaner healthier place?

These are just some of the questions you can answer in this scrapbook challenge. Pick one or more to do your layout with. When you have completed your layout please post it here in my gallery, with a link to your layout here in this thread. You may use any kit you like in this challenge, of course my sister and I have a wonderful kit called Earth's Reflections in our store that would be a great kit to use for a layout of this sort. But you are more than welcome to use any kit you like.
On Sunday, April 25th in the evening, I will be picking two winners of this challenge to receive coupons to my store. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $20 Gift Certificate and the 2nd prize winner will receive a $10 Gift Certificate. I will be picking a winner based on creativity of the layout and the person making the biggest impact on our planet. Winners will be posted in this thread Monday, April 26th, 2010

Added 4/22/10 - I just ran across an Earth Day Blog Train that you could grab to help in your layouts. Check it out here at Save the Green. This site has a great idea, about teaching digital scrapbooking, while saving the planet all at the same time. What better way to live green!... I will add more green stuff as I find it. :o)
